Accessing the Surveys Module
ABLE Firms
If your firm has an ABLE subscription, the survey module is accessible by selecting 'Surveys' on the blue menu bar.
Survey-Only Firms
If your firm subscribes to the survey only, the surveys module is your homepage when you log in.
Survey Roles
- Firm Administrator: This role has access to create, send/resend, view, and export all client surveys and results.
- Regular User: this role can view and export their personal survey results.
Survey Types
When creating a survey, you can choose one of two types*:
- NPS Only - your survey will include the standard NPS question (the ultimate question).
- NPS + Core Questions - you survey will include the standard NPS question and your choice of core questions.
*All surveys will include an additional comment field for the user to provide any additional feedback.
Contacts and Companies
Setting up contacts and companies in your account is essential for maximizing the effectiveness and efficiency of your survey campaigns, allowing you to reach the right people with the right questions at the right time.
- Organization: By setting up contacts and companies, you can categorize and organize your audience based on various criteria such as demographics, job roles, industry, etc. This makes it easier to manage and target specific groups with relevant surveys.
- Targeting: With contacts and companies in place, you can easily segment your audience and target specific groups for different surveys. For example, you can target customers belonging to a particular company or industry.
- Tracking and Reporting: You can track individual and group responses over time by associating survey responses with specific contacts and companies. This enables you to analyze trends, identify patterns, and generate comprehensive reports that provide valuable insights for decision-making.
You can add your contacts and companies individually or import them in bulk.
Tip: Your contacts and companies need to be in your account in order for you to create your survey recipient groups. To save time, add or import your list before adding them to your survey.
Customizable Features
Several features that provide the flexibility to meet the unique needs of your firm:
- Survey Types: You can send just the standard NPS survey or include a number of additional core questions. Pick and choose which questions to include to ensure the right questions are being asked.
- Response options: choose the answer format that you like best for the core questions of your survey.
- Survey frequency: Do you send a single survey annually to a broad audience or distribute it to multiple groups? Perhaps you send out a quarterly survey or a different survey each month? The options are limitless. Each survey you create has a close date that you determine. If the survey is open, you can extend invitations to recipients and collect their responses.
- Survey email format: Add your company logo and colors to the survey email.
- Survey email text: For each survey, you can customize the text of the initial survey and reminder emails that are sent.
