Sending Survey Invitations
Once a survey recipient group(s) has been created, you can email the survey invitation to the contacts in the group.
Sending the Initial Invitation
There are two options for sending survey invitations to the contacts in your recipient groups.
- Send To All Groups button- clicking this button will send an initial survey invitation to all contacts in all of the listed recipient groups.
- Send Survey button - you can send survey invitations to individual groups
Each contact in the group will receive an email with an invitation to take the survey. Recipients will have the option to decline or take the survey.
Tip: Once a survey has been sent to a recipient group, it can no longer be edited.
Sending Reminders
Once you have sent an initial invitation the green Send Survey button will change to a blue Send Again button.
Selecting the blue Send Again, will send a reminder email to any contact in the group that has not taken or has declined the survey.
Tip: Recipients can participate in the survey as long as the survey has not passed the assigned close date.
