Edit a Contact
To update any of the information you see on the Contact Detail Page, click the gear icon near the Contact Info section to edit the contact.
If your ABLE account is a survey-only account, selecting the contact from the Contacts page will bring you to the edit page.
The Details tab has a variety of fields that allow you to add additional information about this contact. Here is where you can identify the contact's title, social media links, birthday and more. | |
The Addresses tab is for any additional addresses other than the contact's company address. For example if you also wanted to keep their home address, this is where you would keep this information. This is also where you would add an address for a contact that is 'an individual' and is not a part of a company. | |
The Relationships tab is where you can update the contact's role and company address or add the contact to another company. |
Tips:
- The edit screen is divided into different sections/tabs. Changes in each section must be saved.
- The more complete our information is, the better the system will support you and your CRoPs.
When you are finished making changes, click the Done button to return to the Contact Detail Page. |
