Contact Detail Page
By clicking on the picture of your contact from any page in the system, you will be taken to their individual Contact Detail Page. This is where all of the information associated with that contact can be found and edited.
If your ABLE account is a survey-only account, selecting the contact from the Contacts page will bring you to the edit page.
Page Tabs
Each tab displays the corresponding information and allows you to add that type of information as well.
- History - The history tab is where you can add a note and and view all history records associated with that contact.
- Tasks - This tab will show you all tasks, regardless of status, associated with the contact. You can add tasks from this tab too.
- Deals - This tab lists any deals, regardless of status, that the contact is associated with. You can add deals from this tab too.
- CRoPs - Shows you any firm members that share this contact on their CRoPs tiles. If the tab is blank, this means that no other firm member has this contact on one of their CRoPs tiles.
- Exterior Relationships - Where you can document any additional roles this contact may hold outside of their company. An example would be if the contact was on the board of another company, this could be documented on this tab.
Contact Info
This section holds all the information you need to reach out to your contact.
Additional Info
This section holds all the pertinent details for your contact — company assignments, affiliations, tags, client identifier, and birthday, to name a few.
Files and Documents
This section is where you can upload files for this contact.
DISC Profile
When filled in, the DISC section provides key characteristics and communication preferences for your contact.
