Steps for adding a Nugget in ABLE

Ways to add a nugget

Each of these options allow you to add a nugget to you account:

The fastest way to add a nugget is the ADD NUGGET button in the top navigation bar.

💡If you select this option from a Company Detail page, the Company name will auto-fill

Firm Services are required for adding a Nugget. Please make sure your firm administrator has added the services for your firm. Firm Services

To add a nugget:

  • Service Service Location - select the service that best fits the potential opportunity. If your firm has locations defined, select the location/office that should be aware of this nugget. (These are configured by the firm administrator in Firm Settings).
  • Company + Contact select the company and if applicable, the contact from that company
  • Status - the status of the nugget defaults to 'Open' or you can choose the appropriate status.
  • Description enter a brief description to provide details about the nugget.

Tip: Required fields have a red asterisk (*). The Add Nugget button will not activate until all required fields have been added.

Once a nugget has been added, the firm member(s) identified as the Service Lead and/or the Location Lead will receive an email notification that the nugget was created.
