Why the Dashboards Change Color

Have you been wondering why the colors on your dashboard change and what they mean? The chart and example below will help explain.

Let's say we set a major interaction for a contact at bi-annually. This will have us completing a major interaction every 182 days.

When is my dashboard green?

Your dashboard will be dark green from days 0-145. On day 146 the dashboard will turn light green and it will remain that way until day 164.

When is my dashboard yellow?

Your dashboard will switch to yellow on day 165 and remain that way until day 182. To stay on track, you should make sure that your major interaction is scheduled or completed when the dashboard is yellow.

When is my dashboard orange?

Your dashboard will switch to orange on day 183 and remain that way until day 200. At this point in the process, you are technically behind.

When is my dashboard red?

On day 201 your dashboard will change to red and remain that way until you complete a major interaction.
