NPS & Client Loyalty Surveys

You can't manage what you don't measure


We know you place a high value on the relationships that you build with your clients. When client satisfaction is your number one goal, it's important to regularly solicit feedback through an online satisfaction survey.

We’re excited to announce our new NPS and Client Loyalty survey in ABLE! Our surveys can help you determine if you are providing your clients with long-term value while developing their loyalty.

With our survey, you can:

  • Ask up to 12 questions - choose from 5 satisfaction questions and 5 loyalty questions, the Ultimate Question to drive the NPS score, and an open-ended feedback question.
  • As a firm administrator
    • create and manage the surveys for the firm
    • Send as many surveys as you want, as many times throughout the year as you'd like.
  • As a firm member, login and see your individual results.
  • See your results in graph form and export the results in Excel format.
