Survey Results

You can find the results of your completed surveys through easy-to-read graphs and charts throughout the survey module.

Survey Dashboard

At the top of the Surveys page, you will see a view of the NPS scores over the course of the current year.

Net Promotor Score™️ Tab

This tab will display the NPS score for the date range selected. The default is the past seven (7) days.

  • My Score - This will be the NPS score for all surveys where you are associated with the the recipients that took the surveys.
  • Firm Score - The firm score is the NPS score for the whole firm.

Tip: Click on the 'My Score' or 'Firm Score' key to add/remove it from the graph.

PPD (Promotors, Passives, Detractors) Tab

This tab will display a graph showing the number of promotors, passives and detractors for the date range selected. The default is the past seven (7) days.

  • My Promotors, Passives, Detractors - These numbers are for survey responses where you are associated with the recipients that took the surveys.
  • Firm Promotors, Passives, Detractors - The numbers for the whole firm.

Tip: Click on any of the 'My' or 'Firm' keys to add/remove it from the chart.

Individual Surveys

For each survey, you can view the NPS score, question metrics, view participants and status, and export the results for the survey. To view this information, arrow icon by the survey name to expand it.

On the first tab, Net Promotor Score™️ you will see your score and your firm's score for the survey.

The Question Metrics tab shows you a summary of the answers for the survey. You can again see the metrics from participants that you are associated with and for the whole firm.


The Participants tab will list all of the participants of the survey response groups that you are associated with. You will be able to see the contact information, their status and their answers. You can also export the survey results.
