What role does ‘My Account’ serve for ABLE users?
'My Profile' is a centralized hub where ABLE users can customize and specify certain settings. To access your profile, choose the 'My Account' icon in the upper right corner of your ABLE screen and then select 'My Profile.'
What is Coach's View, and when is it typically used?
Coach's View is a tool that allows us to access ABLE on your behalf without the need to know your username or password. It is used by ABLE and The Growth Partnership employees to provide high-level account support and coaching.
How does 'Email When Tagged' differ from 'Weekly Briefing'?
'Email When Tagged' allows ABLE to send an immediate email notification to you when you are tagged in an ABLE activity (deal, task, etc.). The 'Weekly Briefing' is a weekly email sent one a week that gives you an overall snapshot of your ABLE engagement, including CROPs tile statuses, overdue and upcoming tasks, and newly added material in the Content Library.
Is my 'Notes' email address different from the email address in my profile?
Yes, your 'Notes Email Address' is ABLE's unique email address for the Emailed Notes feature. Emailed Notes serves as a centralized hub within ABLE to store forwarded email correspondence. You can associate those emails with a client in ABLE. The forwarded email will be stored as a note on those client records.
The email address in your profile is your normal email address. ABLE uses this address when sending notifications (weekly updates, notifications when tagged), and we use it when contacting you if needed.
What is the intent of using Emailed Notes?
Emailed Notes allows you to copy an email you are sending or forward an email that you have received into ABLE and associate that email with a client. This saves you from having to copy and paste email content to the clients in ABLE.
To whom can I assign an emailed note?
Once an Emailed Note has been received in ABLE, it can be assigned to any company, contact, or deal in your account. Once assigned, the note will be visible in that entity's history.
Why do I have to set up an email signature in ABLE?
When sending Thought Leadership to your clients, ABLE uses the signature in your profile to send the emails on your behalf. Customizing your Thought Leadership email signature to match your normal email signature helps keep the emails your clients receive consistent. If you have trouble editing your email signature, please contact us.
What is the Thought Leadership Bookmarklet used for?
The Thought Leadership Bookmarklet adds an 'ABLE Share' shortcut to your browser's bookmark bar. If you come across an article that would like to send to your clients, you can use the bookmarklet to immediately send the article as a Thought Leadership email to your clients from ABLE or save the article in Thought Leadership to send later.
How can I complete a DISC Profile assessment?
To obtain a DISC Profile assessment, please contact us via live chat or support@growwithable.com.Someone from our Client Engagement team will send you a secure link to complete your assessment.
How do I get my DISC Profile results into ABLE?
Once you have completed your DISC assessment, a report is generated and emailed to you. The report includes two graphs titled Adapted Style and Natural Style. Enter the results from those graphs in your profile's DISC Profile section ('Utilities' tab) in ABLE.
