Firm Services
Firm Services enables you to easily identify and manage the services offered across various locations. This feature provides a centralized view where each service is linked to specific offices within the organization, as well as the capability to assign a lead firm member at each location. Firm Administrators can setup firm services from the Firm Settings.
Access Firm Services
From the 'My Firm' page, choose the Firm Settings button and then the 'Firm Services' tab.
Add a Firm Service
To add a service, click the green Add Service button on the Firm Services tab.
Tip: You must have locations defined before adding services. Locations can be added on the Firm Settings tab.
- Service Title - Enter the name of the service.
- Location - Choose a firm location that offers the service
- Service Lead - Choose a firm member that is the lead for the service at the selected location.
- Click the green + button to add the location and lead to the service. To add additional locations and leads, repeat this step.
- You can delete any of the location/lead entries before adding the service
- When you've named your service and added all of the locations and leads, click the green Add Service button to save.
Tip: Required fields have a red asterisk (*). The Add Service button will not activate until all required fields have been added.
When your service has been added, you can view the service and expand to view the locations and service leads.
Edit a Firm Service
To edit the name of your service, click the pencil icon to the right of the survey name. Here you can change the name of or deactivate the service.
To edit the location click the pencil icon beside the location that you would like to change. Here you can change either the location, the lead, or both.
Deactivate/Reactivate Firm Service and Locations
To deactivate an entire service, click the pencil icon to edit the service and then select the yellow Deactivate button. This will remove the service (and all locations) from the active list. You can still access this service by filtering on or including the inactive items in the 'Inactive Items' filter at the top of the services list.
To reactivate a service, click the yellow Reactivate Service button.
