Pipeline Overview

The Deal Pipeline section is where you keep detailed track of incoming business to your firm.

The default screen displays all deals in the system. Here, you can filter and view deals for both you and your team members.


Best Practices

  • We highly recommend that each pending deal always have an open task assigned to it. This ensures that the next step for each deal is always in place and prevents things from falling through the cracks.
  • Create a saved view of just your deals and make that the your default view. This allows you to see just your deals any time you come to the Deals Pipeline page.
  • Take15 minutes every week to look at your deals and enter in any relevant information about progress that has occurred over the past week. Perhaps the probability of closing has gone up, or the timeframe has fallen behind.
