If people on your team see ABLE as a place to merely keep track of their contacts, they won't use it. Once implemented, you must explain that this is now how you track your business. This may have to be conveyed by the managing partner for more emphasis.
Have your team bookmark ABLE on their toolbar as a visual reminder to log in.

When holding your pipeline meetings, pull ABLE up on the screen or on everyone's laptop and go around the room discussing any new items in the pipeline or what they did to move those forward.
If it is not in ABLE, it cannot be discussed.

A few firms have an internal incentive program for using ABLE. Each type of activity they do scores them 1-3 points, and at the end of each month this number is totaled for each user. At the end of the year, the winner is given a big prize. You could also do small monthly prizes.
This will motivate users to get in there and record activity!

Block off 30-60 minutes in a conference room where everyone solely works in ABLE for that time.
You can also use this time to train on any feature or discuss how others are
using it.
